Arzaan Consulting ("we", "us") operates the Qualixir platform. This refund policy applies to all paid subscription plans for Qualixir F1, Qualixir T1, and Qualixir Complete.
If you are not satisfied with your first Qualixir subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first subscription only and does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.
After the initial 7-day window, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a monthly billing cycle.
When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the unused time remaining on your current plan is prorated as a credit toward your new plan. This credit is applied automatically by Stripe at the time of the plan change, so you only pay the difference.
Annual plans (when available) are eligible for a prorated refund for unused full months remaining on the subscription if cancelled after the initial 7-day guarantee period. The refund is calculated based on full unused months and does not include partial months.
If you cancel your subscription and have an outstanding credit balance on your Stripe account (for example, from a plan downgrade), you may request a refund of that credit balance by emailing support@qualixir.ai.
You can request a refund in two ways:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
